What you need to know

With 4,000IU of vitamin D3 balanced perfectly with 100ug of K2 per 3 sprays, you can easily vary the dose depending on your needs. No added sugars or thickeners: just a super-pure, vegan supplement. A must-have for supporting immunity, healthy bones, teeth and muscles, even in summer.

Tips for taking

You don’t have to take Beam & Balance with food, but it’s generally better to take supplements at meal times to get into the routine.

Maximum doses:

• 3-10 years: 1 spray a day

• 11+ years : Up to 3 sprays a day

• 18 years+ : Up to 3 sprays a day

To break it down for you some more:

3 sprays contain 4,000IU of D3 and 100ug of K2, which is the maximum dose. You can also take one spray for just over 1,300IU of D3 depending on your needs.

For kids general wellbeing 1-3 sprays a week is usually plenty. But if you don't feel that's enough, try 1 spray a day for 3-10 year olds and 1-3 sprays a day from 11 years and up.

To know exactly what dose should be taken, we recommend taking a vitamin D blood test to find out your current level.

Storage and Safety

Keep out of kids' reach. Somewhere cool, dry, out of direct sunlight - Vitamin K2 is photosensitive.  No need to refrigerate. Don't use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. This product should only be given to children under adult supervision. Food supplements aren't a substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle, and do not exceed the recommended stated daily dose.

It’s always good to check with your doctor before taking supplements like this one if you:

• are on any medication, such as blood thinners

• are about to have surgery 

• are pregnant or breastfeeding

• or have health concerns or conditions 


You should never supplement K2 if you’re on blood-thinning medication such as warfarin.

    I have been using this vitamin D spray for quite some time. I really like the ease of use, just spray under the tongue and I can change up how many sprays I use dependent on my needs. It has a good taste and customer service with Bare biology has been excellent.
