I have to ensure we give our children this every night, as I think it's making a difference. I was told recently at a parent's evening, that our son had really started to knuckle down and concentrate, someone who has always been 'busy' usually, maybe it's a coincidence? But we've been using it since Nov last year and he's made a vast improvement since then. And anyhow, even if it is a coincidence, what's the harm, it's only going to be beneficial for my two - so I will keep on using it for a long as possible.

Our daughter (aged 9) has been happily taking Omega-3 oil from Bare Biology since she was a toddler. She has it with her evening meal each night and has no objection to the taste. Obviously no-one can be sure of the effects and as to whether she would be different without them, but she is v healthy, enjoys school and swims 4 times a week! I'm happy that it can only be a positive thing for her in the long run.
