I have been looking for a good Omega 3 product since I had bloodwork showing my omega 3s are low. This has been great and I love that it combines D3 since I was having trouble remembering to buy the capsules. I don't notice any taste of fish oils (unlike when my mom used to give me cod liver oil). My cat does seem interested in them haha! I also love the packaging as other products I get come in huge plastic. Well done!

I have been taking this product for the past year along with bare biology’s magnesium and collagen powder. I was suffering with different issues related to menopause and didn’t want to go HRT route.
Since taking the supplements I feel the benefits- I can’t say whether it’s because my body is changing again or because of the supplements- I don’t want to stop taking them to find out.
Nothing stops my nights sweats though - but then again I’ve always been a hot sleeper.
