Pure Omega-3 Liquid Fish Oil

The most powerful, pure and fresh liquid fish oil you’ll find with the two most important types of omega-3: 2,000 mg of EPA and 1,000mg of DHA per teaspoon. It’s made in the UK from sustainably sourced Norwegian fish oil, independently certified and works for the whole family. 

It’s best to take with meals, for better absorption and for getting into what we call the omega-3-is-life routine. Get it icy cold in the fridge. Don’t be scared. It tastes pretty fine for a fish oil (read the reviews if you need reassurance). Knock it back and feel it working.

If you need to raise your omega-3 level quickly or have a health concern, take a full teaspoon a day (5ml). That will give you 3500mg omega-3 (2000mg EPA and 1000mg DHA).

For most adults and children over 12, half a teaspoon a day (2.5ml) is enough. This will give you 1750mg omega-3 (1000mg EPA and 500mg DHA).

Storage & Safety

Keep somewhere cool, dry and out of kids' reach. Don’t use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Once open, store in the fridge (it might appear cloudy) and use within 3 months. Suitable (and very good) for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Food supplements aren’t a substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle, and never take more than the recommended dose.
