About the Role:

Bare Biology is a fast growing trusted health supplement company and this is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take ownership of our existing seven figure revenue Amazon retail channel and grow it 10x over the next 3 years. You will lead our Amazon strategy and execution working with our Amazon agency to increase brand awareness on Amazon, attract new customers, improve conversion rates and maximize ROI. We are seeking an experienced Amazon Advertising Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our organic and paid advertising efforts on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Amazon advertising campaigns (sponsored product, sponsored display, video, DSP, etc), optimizing ad performance, listing optimisation and SEO and utilizing data analytics to drive growth. 

The role can be partly remote with travel to our Brighton office on a weekly basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across Amazon channel. 

    • Collaborate with internal teams to design data-driven campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting strategies to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.

  • Budgeting & Performance Monitoring:

    • Manage and optimize media spend to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI across all campaigns.

    • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

    • Adjust budgets and bids dynamically based on performance, market conditions, and competition analysis.

  • Creative Development & Coordination:

    • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.

    • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key business metrics (sales performance, customer acquisition costs, ROI, etc.).

    • Provide insights through regular and ad-hoc analysis of customer behavior, marketing campaign effectiveness, and product performance.

    • Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, retention, and segmentation to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Amazon Trends & Best Practices:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Amazon Advertising and e-commerce.

    • Provide recommendations to management on potential new ad formats, features, and strategies as Amazon’s advertising platform evolves.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (minimum 2-3 years).

  • Strong proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central.

  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Advertising and its platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret large sets of data to make informed decisions.

  • Experience with A/B testing, bid management, and performance tracking.

  • Experience with Google and/or Meta ad platforms would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Qualifications:

  • Maths and/or Statistics to A level standard

We sell our products on our own website barebiology.com, on Amazon and through select retailers including Harrods, Selfridges and Wholefoods. We are a small team with an office in Brighton, typically working 1 day in the office and 4 days at home.

Step 2 (skills/CV/experience check): Successful applicants will be invited to an initial online interview with the Head of Growth & E-commerce (your future line manager).

Step 3 (competency): Successful applicants will be asked to complete 2 skills-based tasks and present them at a second in-person interview.

Step 4 (team fit): Face-to-face third interview in Brighton with three other team members, including the Founder/CEO, who has the final say on all new hires.
