Purchased these just after they were launched and I have not been disappointed
I have a knee problem and would also suffer with cramp pain in that leg and inner thigh and I feel these are definitely helping
I originally took 3 each day but found this was too much and reduced to 2 which I take every morning after breakfast with all my other supplements
As I attend my kinesiologist every three months I had her check these and 2 capsules were sufficient for me
