These easy to digest capsules are great for the whole family’s health and immunity with 755mg of EPA and 377mg of DHA (the two most important types of omega-3) plus 1,000IU of vitamin D3 (the most effective form). Storage & Safety

Keep somewhere cool, dry and out of kids’ reach. No need to refrigerate. Don’t use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Suitable (and very good) for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Food supplements aren’t a substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle, and never take more than the recommended dose.

Taking too much vitamin D creates toxic levels of calcium in your blood. This may lead to nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, constipation, dizziness, fatigue, excessive thirst, poor appetite and frequent urination. Upper limit is 4000 IU a day which is 8 capsules of Rise & Shine.
