Couldn’t be happier with Rise & Shine. To have Vitamin D3 and Omega 3 in one capsule is so convenient. I definitely feel it’s boasted my immune system having occasions when I’ve been with a group of friends who have subsequently come down with the same virus and I managed to escape, I can only put the difference down to my taking this supplement.
