I changed to Bare Biology from a Korean collagen brand. I have been using it for over a month now. My nails grow faster every week and my hair, skin and nails look healthier than before. On a side note, I am taking some other vitamins like vitamin D, C, B6 and Omega 3 if those should also be considered for my overall improvement (I am at the age of 27). The price is a good deal considering that I can use it for over 2 months. I took 1 dessert spoon during the first 2 weeks and now am taking 2 dessert spoons with milk or hot dark chocolate or just water. It might have a very mind odour if you don’t mix the powder well but it is quite easily soluble. Tip - mix or shake well after each spoon.
